Mara Negru, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Mara initially joined the LFAC team in 2015 through an internship program with Lake Forest College and worked as a scribe and medical assistant before pursuing a career as a physician assistant. Mara graduated with her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Rosalind Franklin University. After working at other local urgent care centers, Mara returned to Lake Forest Acute Care in 2022. Her favorite part of working at LFAC is working alongside and collaborating with physicians to care for her patients. Outside of work, Mara enjoys gardening and walking her dog.
Outside of work Dr. Ron enjoys painting, poetry, yoga, animal husbandry, traveling, gardening, and reading.
